a) Who was St George?
He was a cavalier.

b) Where was he born?
George was born a citizen of the Roman Empire at Cappadocia, Turkey, in 280AD. At the age of 17 he joined the Roman Army and quickly rose through the ranks.

c) What was his occupation?
He was a cavalier.

d) What kind of person was he?
He was an impressive man in looks and personality. Records describe him as tall in stature and strikingly handsome. Among his men, he gained a reputation for being fair, chivalrous and brave.

e) What was the official religion of the Roman Empire?
The main religion of the Roman Empire was Paganism and Christianity was feared by the establishment. The emerging religion was perceived to be undermining the Roman morale and order

f) What did the Roman Emperor do that made St. George angry?
Because Christian scriptures were burnt, churches were destroyed and practising Christians lost their right to Roman citizenship. Violence soon followed. Among the Christian communities, Diocletian became known as the cruellest ever persecutor of the faith

g) What was St. George's reaction?
George took a stand at the city of Nicomedia, in Palestine. John Clemence said: “George tore down the Emperor’s edict and worked to alleviate the suffering of Christians in the area. His position however was unsustainable. He was taken prisoner and brought before Diocletian. George gave a passionate speech denouncing the persecution and defending Christianity.”

h) What did the Roman Emperor do to St. George?
Diocletian ordered George to be tortured until he renounced his faith. George refused to submit and was beheaded on April 23 303AD.

When I was 7 years old, my mother and I went to buy to the supermarket.
In the supermarket there were a lot of people.
When we seturned to my house, my mother had lost the keys.
We went to the camperter to find a ladder, for to climb on the window by my house. But the windouw wasn't opened and we needed to wait for my father, but he was working.
When my father returned he didn't have the keys eithen.
We needed to call my granfather, he had our keys.

A thursday, after the lunch, Manel and MªTeresa accorded to go to the school
and talk about things.

Mt: Hello Manel. How are you?
Manel: Fine, thanks. And you?
Mt: Fine too, like always.
Manel: I wanted to show you something I found in my home.
Do you want to see it?
Mt: Ok!

Manel opened his bag and took a photo.

Mt: Are you this child?
Manel: Yes, it's me. This photo has been taken the day of my birthday,
when I was 5 years old.
Mt: Wow! You were small! Who did the photo?
Manel: My mother, there is a half finger on the photo...
Mt: It's true! It was good?
Manel: Yes! It was really funny and we stayed till the night. I didn't wanted to go...
But they threw us.
Mt: And where you were at?
Manel: In the Mc Donals, before I allways did my birthdays there.
Mt: Me too!

The time was flying and they arrived to the school.

Mt: Oh! We have arrived!
Manel: Oh well, we can still talk after the school!
Mt: See You!

Chapter 1: The Ghosts in the Tower of London.
Place and date of the story: The Tower of London in 1483 and in 1509
Those are the main characters: Albert Brown, Len Jackson, James Tyrell and Henry VII. The ghosts Anne Boleyn and Edward V and his brother.

Chapter 2: The Ghosts of Glamis Castle.
Place and date of the story: In the Glamis Castle, in Scotland. The first story is many years ago, the second one is in 1841 and the third one is in the time of James V of Scotland.
Those are the main characters: A few men from the Ogilvey clan, the Earl of Glamis, a workman, George Lyon and his son, Lady Janet Glamis and James V.

Chapter 3: Borley - A Haunted Village.
Place and date of the story: At the rectory of Borley. In July 28th, 1900; in 1928 and in February 27th, 1939.
Those are the main characters: Reverend Harry Bull, Reverend Guy Smith, Reverend Lionel Foyster and their families. The ghosts of the rectory and Mr Price.

Chapter 4: The Soldier Ghost.
Place and date of the story: In a village in Wales called Barley Hill.
Those are the main characters: Mr Howard, Mr Jones and the soldier ghost.

Chapter 5: The Story of Mary Gibson
Place and date of the story: In a village of England, in 1653.
Those are the main characters: Mary Gibson, Annie Snow, Farmer Jones and Dora Lee.

Chapter 6: The Loch Ness Monster.
Place and date of the story: In the Loch Ness, Scotland. The stories happened in 565, 1827, 1930, 1968 and 1972.
Those are the main characters: Jock Mackay, Mr Jackson.

I like this book because is short and coherent.
The storyes are fine and interesting.

My own Story

When Sara was 19 years old, her mother gave her an goat for a pet. She and her goat went everywhere together. On thursdays they went to the school at afternoon and then they went to the park. Her pet liked to eat cherry. Sara really liked to eat cherry too, so she asked her mother to give them some for dinner. In the evening, Sara liked to sit on the bed and watch the simpsons. Sometimes she felt sad when her goat go a Germany.

My best friend is Raul and he is from Lloret.
He lives in front of my house.
He is punk, he has got a big crest on his hair, whichi is brown and wavy. He's tall, more or les.
He usualy wears black and red clouthers and he has got a big VANS "trainers".
His favourite sport is foodball.
He likes playing computer, playstation, play the drums and listen to the music.(He likes punk music).
He's cloud, confident, friendly and cheerful.
He's special person for me. :)
